WARRANTY POLICY
Spotless provides warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Abuse, modification, alterations, or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims. All products are covered against manufacturer defects and are not covered for normal wear and tear. Consumable items such as towels, pads, and applicators will be covered against defects for their average useful life as defined by Spotless Detail Supplies Partial credit is possible in place of non-warranty returns or items returned in a condition indicative of improper or unintended use. Warranty and guarantee apply to the original owner only and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, pending approval by Spotless Detail Supplies customer service team. To return items to Spotless Detail Supplies for warranty, guarantee, or satisfaction claims, please contact our customer service team by emailing orders@spotlessdetailsupplies.com or click the link here.
Customer is entitled to their choice of an exchange for like items, refund, or store credit, pending review of the items and reason for return is evaluated by a member of Spotless Detail Supplies customer service team.
Apparel may be exchanged or returned on items that are in new condition (worn or washed items not accepted) and must be returned within 30 days after the delivery date.
We do accept international returns, but they must be return by the customer, and at the expense of the customer. Please request an RMA form by emailing orders@spotlessdetailsupplies.com.
